Wilmington, Delaware, USA — February 17, 2022 — Ubitquity LLC, the leading enterprise blockchain-secured platform for real estate, escrow, and title, today announced that it has nearly completed its “pre-money” seed round by raising a total of $790,000 out of its $1,000,000 with only $210,000 remaining in its round.

While cryptocurrency adoption is increasingly becoming mainstream, traditional businesses and financial institutions reliant on legacy technology infrastructure still face significant challenges in adapting to the complexities of this fast-changing digital asset sector.

In 2021, lead entirely by private accredited investors, a portion of the capital Ubitquity raised was allocated towards hiring software developers and UI/UX designers for developing version 1.0 of its demo and early back-end development of the SmartEscrow application, expanding the core team, R&D, joining strategic organizations such as the American Land Title Association (ALTA), Government Blockchain Association (GBA), Property Records Industry Association (PRIA), and the sponsoring of key trade websites and real estate/blockchain events.

The remaining capital, with equity crowdfunding participants on a platform that will be announced shortly, the use of proceeds will be utilized to expand R&D resources and accelerate the rollout of the SmartEscrow platform and additional module add ons. In addition, more streamlined API integration with their white label payment processor partners via their live product, UbitquityPay℠, the global solution for crypto payments and real estate transactions.
