Ubitquity Merchant Program

Effective as of February 4, 2024, we have opted to discontinue the UbitquityPay platform and shift our focus towards cultivating non-whitelabel relationships with our fully licensed and regulatory-compliant partners, namely Rocketfuel and NOWPayments.

The decision to make this strategic shift is rooted in our unwavering commitment to transparency in communicating our partnerships and promoting them with pride. Concerns were raised regarding the licensing status of UbitquityPay, and it is crucial to clarify that we were not under any legal obligation to secure specific licenses. Our operations solely rely on the Rocketfuel Merchant Program for partnership and NOWPayments for all end-user transactions conducted on our websites. As a consistent "tier 2" whitelabel/non-whitelabel partner with Rocketfuel and NOWPayments, we have chosen to discontinue the UbitquityPay brand to eliminate potential ambiguities surrounding our role in transactions.

In terms of operational changes, there are none; our processes continue seamlessly. We continue to extend a Merchant partnership in collaboration with Rocketfuel. By engaging with us directly for the program, merchants can enjoy substantial cost savings, facilitated by reduced percentage fees resulting from a longstanding, advantageous partnership agreement with Rocketfuel.
