What is NFTitle™ Network?

Our (UBITQUITY, LLC) web3-enabled NFTitle™ Network, using blockchain-agnostic technology hosted on the distributed web, delivers a unique consumer experience to owning a title to a home through the tokenization of Real World Assets. For eight years we have developed a proven track record of successfully integrating our network into the US and global title companies. We’re currently exploring use cases and running our NFTitle™ platform in cooperation with US title firms (and other verticals) so we understand your industry’s challenges.

With NFTitle™ you can now mint title policies, deeds, certificates of authenticity, receipts, maintenance records, and other important Real World Assets (RWA) for your current and prospective customers. Our scalable platform allows for unique capabilities and engaging interactions for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), enterprises, and your customers while improving upon Proof of Ownership, future title search, and retrieval, with parallel secure decentralized storage. NFTitle™ has recorded over 1 million real estate records since it was launched in March 2023.

What is Title Plant Token?

Title Plant Token ($UBQT) will act as an incentivization mechanism for the title plants to put their data onto standardized blockchain ledgers such as XPR Network and Polygon via the NFTitle™ Network. By contributing and validating property data (maintained property records, categorized by both the legal description of the land and by name-indexes) that is rewarded with tokens, the tokens shall be redeemed in parallel to access property data, the plants have an immediate market to exchange their tokens for cash or cryptocurrencies.

Using Title Plant Token, title plants will democratize their title plant data, and continue generating revenue by traditional means and simultaneously through selling their tokens to title companies or other entities that need to access property data. Title Plant Token is by no means an attempt to replace title plants, which are required by law to exist in several U.S. states. Instead, our goal is to help title plants become innovative and improve upon antiquated processes.

Title companies, with the help of us (Ubitquity), will be able to create their tokens as a part of the UBITQUITY Token ecosystem and earn their token by writing new real estate transaction data directly to the blockchain, minting NFTs, and storing data via IPFS. Furthermore, a revenue-sharing model will be created to help further incentivize title plants that host IPFS nodes/validate new data, and by NFTitle™ hosting validator nodes then offering revenue sharing.
