Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: March 19, 2026  ·  Governing Entity: UBITQUITY, INC.  ·  Jurisdiction: Austin, Texas, USA

§1 Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your access to and use of the Web3Sign decentralized application ("dApp") provided by UBITQUITY, INC. ("Ubitquity", "we", "us", "our"). By connecting your cryptographic wallet or otherwise using the dApp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this AUP.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Web3Sign dApp and disconnect your wallet. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance.

Web3Sign anchors document signatures to the XPR Network blockchain. Transactions are immutable once broadcast. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and the signatures you authorize on-chain.

§2 Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Web3Sign dApp for any of the following purposes:

CSAM — Zero Tolerance. Any uploading, distribution, or anchoring of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content depicting the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly forbidden. All discovered instances will be immediately reported to the FBI and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

§3 Web3 & Blockchain Responsibilities

By using Web3Sign, you assume full responsibility for:

§4 Real Estate & E-Signature Compliance

Web3Sign provides cryptographic proof of document signing but does not guarantee legal enforceability in every jurisdiction. You must independently verify that electronic signatures satisfy the legal requirements of your jurisdiction (e.g., ESIGN Act, UETA, EU eIDAS) before relying on Web3Sign signatures for legally binding contracts.

Real estate transactions, property deeds, and mortgage instruments may be subject to additional local, state, or federal requirements beyond electronic signature laws. Ubitquity assumes no liability for documents that fail to meet applicable legal standards.

Audit Trail. Every Web3Sign signature produces a tamper-evident blockchain record including the document content hash, signer wallet address, and XPR Network transaction ID. This record is publicly verifiable at any time via the XPR Network block explorer.

§5 Enforcement & Termination

Ubitquity reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to violations of this AUP, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

Note: Direct on-chain interactions (transactions broadcast to the XPR Network) are beyond Ubitquity's technical control and cannot be reversed by us.

§6 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This AUP and all disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Austin, Texas for resolution of any dispute relating to this AUP or your use of Web3Sign.

§7 Modifications

Ubitquity reserves the right to update this AUP at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of Web3Sign following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
